"I created SafeMind because I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed and unseen — and I wanted to build the kind of safe space I wish I had during my own healing journey." With a foundation in medicine, an advanced understanding of psychological counselling, and a strategic lens from healthcare management, Dr. Dhanashree Kadam brings a holistic and human-first approach to mental wellness. Her path to founding SafeMind wasn't just professional — it was deeply personal. After working in healthcare and observing the emotional struggles many people silently carry, she realized that mental health needs more than just awareness — it needs safe, judgment-free spaces for real healing. Unlike conventional counsellors, her training spans across the mind-body connection, psychology of trauma, emotional regulation, and inner child healing. She believes therapy should feel like a collaboration — not a prescription. Whether it’s anxiety, burnout, identity confusion, relationship difficulties, or past trauma, her clients describe her as empathetic, intuitive, and deeply present. Dr. Dhanashree Kadam currently works with young adults, professionals, creatives, and caregivers, offering both in-person sessions in Balewadi, Pune, and online counselling across the world. “My mission is simple: to help you come home to yourself.”

Priyanka Das is a certified counselling psychologist supporting individuals across all age groups — from children and adolescents to young adults and professionals. She specialises in anxiety, stress management, self-esteem building, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions. Her therapeutic approach blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), humanistic methods, and psychoeducation, equipping clients with practical tools alongside emotional support. She has also facilitated numerous workshops for schools, corporates, and NGOs on topics such as emotional intelligence, communication skills, and workplace well-being. In addition to her clinical work, Priyanka is the author of Soulful Tapestry and Garden of Poems, where she uses her writing to promote emotional awareness and self-reflection. Known for her warm, empathetic style, she ensures clients feel truly heard while empowering them to take charge of their personal growth.

Rutuja Dixit

Clinical Psychologist | 2+ years of experience

Rutuja Dixit is a dedicated Clinical Psychologist with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Fergusson College, Pune. She is committed to helping individuals improve their emotional well-being through compassionate, evidence-based psychological care. With experience across clinical settings, mental health organizations, research, and community outreach, she has worked with individuals of all age groups experiencing emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns. Rutuja has also been associated with the Eklavya Foundation, where she contributed to the implementation of several mental health initiatives focused on psychological awareness, community engagement, and accessible mental healthcare. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and scientifically validated interventions, with a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
